All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, but please allow extra time for custom orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Standard Shipping: $14 flat rate
Express Shipping: $19 flat rate

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (such as courier delays or high-demand periods).

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delivery delays, but we will always assist where possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
